How much weight could I loose in a week following this technique?

Question by Nadine: How much weight could I loose in a week following this technique? I'm not concidering any fad diets or anything sort of crash diets all i am going to do is follow a health diet eating 4 meals a day only vegetables and fruits and maybe grilled chicken for llunch, exercise for an hour and 3 litres of herbalife shapeworks herbal tea to speed up my metabolism. So how much weight am i expected to loose following that system and how can i maximize the loss ? Thank you Best answer:

Unfortunately, there's no way to determine an exact amount someone will loose on a specific diet within a specific timeframe. Even identical twins can have totally different results (strange, but true!) Just be consistent, make sure you're getting enough protien -- and you do need fat in your diet as well. Old fat will stick around more if new fat isn't introduced. Plus fat helps you digest and absorb nutrients better. An easy way to do this is to stay away from "fat-free" or "lite" salad dressings. They add several more tablespoons of sugar to make up for the lack of taste, which actually is far worse. Fat does not make you fat, contrary to what the magaziines want you to think. Consistency is key. And make sure you put in a variety of exercise (a mixture of low-intensity and high-intensity) and also have rest days. Your body needs time to reset itself and produce changes. -- Heather

You can only lose weight the healthy way. Which sounds like you're doing. But you can only lose 1-2 pounds a week. Just keep eating healthy. But for excercise, Pop Pilates help a lot! Do them 2-4 times day. Or try the Insanity Workout. I've heard loads of good things about that. Good luck:)

I know several people that have tried Herbalife, Isagenix, Nanci, Nutrilite, and Advocare weight loss supplements. They all weight the same or more than when they tried them. Alli is the only over the counter weight loss product approved by the FDA. There are only two prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $ 60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements? The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market. Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money? You will be spending somewhere between $ 10 and $ 30 per day on products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything! The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin. $ 300 to $ 900 per month would get you a premier spa membership and the positive feeling that comes from working out and feeling healthier. All of the above mentioned diet products are "multi level marketing" or "work from home" programs. I think these products are the worst since they exploit both the desires of people to lose weight and to make money. Hopefully you haven't signed up yet. I lived in a very nice area of Phoenix for a time. 90% of the "make money from home" signs along the roads were Herbalife when you called and finally got them to tell you. These companies are more concerned with profits than weight loss. As are all the MLMs.
