Question by : How much weight can i lose by doing this workout? Im trying to lose some weight before i go into high school im 14 years oild now and i wanted to work out over the summer since i have no time now with school and everything i was wondering approximatly how much weight i can lose in two months by doing cardiovascular excercises (running, jumping jacks, olypticle) for 30 minutes everyday for two months? i would also be doing some muscle building excercises (Plank, pushups, situps) for about 15 minutes or so after the cardio workout Thank you! Alot of it depends on how much you eat...try following your country's food guide to get an idea of what you need and how much excersize you should do. Then just alter it slightly so that you will end up loosing a bit of weight. Aim for .5-2lbs of weight loss each week, anything more than that is unsafe. figure out your bmi first to see if you actually do need to lose weight (make sure you search for a teen bmi calculateor not an adult one.)
