My friend and i are competing with her mom against who can lose the most weight by june 2009 for wild waves tickets. And i am wondering if anyone knows of a VERY GOOD diet and supplement that works great while trying to lose weight, but is not that expensive. Best answer:

Exercising and eating right are important, but I always felt like I hit a wall doing those things alone. Like I'd lose a bunch of weight and then plateau for awhile - even if I was starving myself and going to the gym everyday! I didn't really hit my goal weight until I started using acai berry and another product to boost my metabolism.
