Question by Mandy26: Want to lose weight but don't know where to start? I have been gaining weight lately. My own fault, just got lazy. Now its quite noticeable around my midsection, any suggestions as to what exercises i can do to lose the fat? Best answer:

A while ago I got into running, at first I started running just with friends, but then started doing it on my own. I used to hate it, but really enjoy it now. Plus it's great for losing weight since you can do it anywhere!

Running, and use a skipping rope. It will tighten all your muscles as well. Also do some crunches, for your abs and stuff

I'm no health expert, but I say just eat nothing, that way you won't gain any fat, but you will burn it off. I'm probably wrong, lol, but that is a way that has a 100% chance of working.

OK, Start off with walking &/or running everyday for an hour. You're diet also makes a huge impact on your body, so you should try and train yourself to eat when your hungry and STOP when your full. If you can do this, you will be a healthy weight for life! Now i lost loads of weight by going on the tramploene everyday for half an hour! xxx

Well first of all a diet is very important. Cut down your calories to 1200. 1000 calories of lean meats, vegetables and fruit and 200 calories of carbs. (Have carbs before 3pm, and eat dinner 3 hours before you sleep) You should also have LOADS of water. Secondly: Exercise. Do what you like best, your favorite sport.
