well youll loose calories but i really think its a waste of time... run 20 minutes on a tredmil you get why better results. my mom has one ive tried it and its so akward and unconfortable im serious running takes way less time and its waaay better for you.

Anything that gets your heart rate up is a good cardio workout that will burn calories.

Well, I would increase your mph to about 15-20, the higher the better. If you want to get in shape, I would suggest, the best way to do it is buy a bike and go biking outside. The inclines will help. The best was to burn calories, though, is to play a sport or do something that requires more lower to mid body strength. i.e. volleyball, basketball, and figure skating. Hope I helped!

Take a look at the Tour De France. Those guys are lean and cut.....no bulk. If this is the look your going for, keep training. I personally love the challenge of a cycling workout

bike and run are the best ways to burn calories, both will help you loose weight but have this clear this kind of exercise don't help you getting muscles bigger. So if you just want to loose weight you are in the right way. Continue and do it constantly.

Yes. Just make sure that when you are no longer tired you make it more difficult, a higher tension. If you do that and every once and a while run you will get in shape.

Sounds like you are doing it right. I always say if you are not sweating or breathing hard you are not getting much out of it. You want to do a easy 10 min warm up to get your muscles and blood flow going. It also allows you to have a lot less pain and you can train longer. Keeping you cadence high 70-90 rpm's with a lite pressure will use your slow twitch muscles that use fat as a fuel and wont kill your legs. If you need to catch you breath or your legs start to hurt drop back on the resistance and keep pedaling at 70-90 rpm's. Sounds like you are ready for some interval training where you spin as fast as you can or increase the resistance for 30-90 seconds and then drop back to recover. A high cadence with a lite pressure on the pedals works on a bicycle the same way.
