Question by : What are some healthy "weight loss" lifestyle choices? My mom and i made a new deal to see who could lose the most weight in the month of june, the most being about 15. What are some great ways to lose some weight, and what are just small lifestyle changes to make so losing weight is a bit easier. Cut out soda and sugary drinks and replace them with water, you'd be surprised if you did the math to see how many calories you can save. And do not drink diet soda, it messes with your metabolism.

Aerobic exercise, running, and watching what you eat. You don't have to starve or anything. :D A lot of fiber foods helps, so you don't get hungry. It's also much easier if you eat three small, balanced meals a day, not unbalanced meals. I think running helps a lot, and staying active in general.
