Is it normal to lose weight after stopping diet and exercise?
Question by S: Is it normal to lose weight after stopping diet and exercise? I started doing p90x about 3 weeks ago and following a diet (prior to this I didn't diet or exercise at all) and I went from about 170 to 166-167. In the last week or so I haven't worked out once but have still continued to lose weight going from 166 to 164. Is this normal or would you qualify this as "unexplained weight loss"? Best answer:
