Do those weight loss "remedies" really work, like apple cider vinegar, honey and cinnamon, etc.?
Question by as_autumn_falls: Do those weight loss "remedies" really work, like apple cider vinegar, honey and cinnamon, etc.? I've seen a lot of things online about these home remedies to help you lose weight. I read how it works, basically to fill you up on empty calories so you don't overeat - I understand the general idea of it. But I wanna know if anyone has actually done any of these and what results they had. Thanks! Best answer:
