How does my workout plan sound?
Question by : How does my workout plan sound? I'm trying to lose 10 pounds and i have 5 weeks to do it. I'm 14 5'3.5 and i weight 141 pounds Biking in the morning for 30 minutes and in the after noon for 30 minutes. Stepper at night for 30 minutes and i'm eating 1500 calories, do you i could do it? Also when i'm not working out I'm watching tv or on the computer =.= ... would that affect my "weight loss" Best answer:

Sounds OK. Although, I would recommend running an hr. a day or a workout video (like Billy Blanks DVDs) instead of the biking/stepper routine. Either way, good luck! Oh, also, I hope you eat healthily (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, water.... and on). Watching TV or on the computer will not affect your weight negatively.
