Will this fitness routine work well?
Question by Love, Actuallyâ¢: Will this fitness routine work well? I need to get back in shape and lose some extra weight. I'm planning on starting "Pilates for Weight Loss" DVD and doing it 3-4 times a week. I will also be walking at a good pace for 45 minutes 6 days a week. Does that sound like adequate exercise? Do you think it will make a considerable difference with time? I would do more strenuous stuff like running but I can't do to past sports injuries. READ THIS TOO~ I forgot to put it but I will also be doing sit-ups and a little arm work 6 nights a week. Best answer:

It defianatly will, just don't eat alot of junk food or drink alot of caffene! :) I think as long as you eat healthy and do that, it will make a big difference!!!
